We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We only accept payments in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
Shipping Policy:
Free shipping is available for orders of HK$500 or above. For orders below HK$500, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged.

Our website uses SSL encryption technology to ensure your personal and payment information is secure. We do not store any credit card information, so you can shop with confidence.

If you cannot complete the payment or if your account was charged but no order was created, please email our customer service (anotherplanetbeauty@gmail.com) with the following info:

• Login phone number and email address
• Relevant screenshots of the error or page
• Payment records (if applicable)

We will follow up within 1-2 business days upon receiving your information.

Once an order is placed, an automatic confirmation email will be sent. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it. You can also log in to your account to check the status or email anotherplanetbeauty@gmail.com for inquiries.

Once an order is confirmed, details cannot be modified. If you find an error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be successful.

Service is only available for Hong Kong orders (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Outlying Islands). We currently do not ship to Macau, Mainland China, or overseas. We do not accept P.O. Box addresses. Each order is limited to one delivery address.
Pickup Methods: You can choose home/office delivery or SF Express Self-pickup Points/Lockers (please provide the correct code or address).

Orders are generally scheduled for delivery within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Inclement Weather: Delivery will be suspended during Black Rainstorm Warnings or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above. Service will resume as soon as possible once weather improves.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order is shipped. If no one is available to receive the package, SF Express will usually attempt redelivery or arrange for pickup at a nearby service point.
If the tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, check with family or neighbors first, or call the SF Express hotline at (852) 2730 0273.

Once an order is confirmed, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days with photos. For skin sensitivity, we generally do not accept returns due to individual reactions; please consult a doctor if severe discomfort occurs.
