What are the areas covered by the delivery service? Can my order be shipped to areas outside Hong Kong?
Delivery service is only available for Hong Kong orders, covering Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Islands. This service is currently unavailable in specified areas, including: Macau SAR, Mainland China region and oversea. In addition, we do not accept P.O. Box as delivery address.Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you wish to have the items of one order to be sent to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
What is the earliest delivery time for my order?
As it takes time to prepare your parcel, under normal circumstances, it will be ready for shipping in 7 business days upon confirmation of payment. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote areas. This is for reference only as the actual situation might vary depending on stock availability, traffic disruption occasion and the vacancy of SF lockers.
